NO TRACKING

• All Parkscapes Post letters will be sent via snail mail/stamps to keep our membership cost low, so we cannot provide a tracking number!

GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS

• If gifting a subscription to someone else, please put the recipient's address in the "shipping address" area in checkout!
• If purchasing multiple subscriptions to different addresses please complete seperate checkouts!


MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

• You can pause, resume or cancel your subscription anytime!

• If you have paused your subscription but wish to resume for a specific month, please make sure to resume before your billing date.

• If you are billed on the 10th of each month, and you want to resume to get X month's design - you will need to resume your subscription before X 10th.
